The name exclusive properties does not relate to our properties themselves but rather to your exclusive needs as individuals. Your needs are our priority and our pledge to you as our “clients” is to make your experience with us as pleasant and as comfortable as we can.

Let us briefly explain what we as a business have set out to achieve. We are professional landlords bringing affordable and comfortable residential lettings to professional people who are seeking a cheaper, yet uniquely different experience, than renting their own private residence.

exclusive properties are different in that we own the properties that we rent out! We are not a letting agency!

As you can imagine this brings with it a unique bond with all of our tenants in that we care about you as individuals – you are not just another name on a lettings agents list! Should a problem arise, we will endeavour to sort it out as efficiently and quickly as possible – That is our promise to you!

We personally manage all of our properties. Where geographical distance is a concern, a representative of the business will manage the tenants on our behalf but always under our leadership and guidance and always to a standard which we have set from the very beginning.
